Besides those regular Mojitos their menu included some special Sangria’s. The variety of Sangria’s include Rose Sangria, Kiwi rosemary sangria, Lemon sangria, Lodi Special,Spiced Sangria, Garden Sangria, Mango Sangaria. Though we opted for Cranberry Mojito and Mango Mojito. The tapas in menu include Gambas al Ajillo, Pollo al Pimenton,Calamari a la Plancha, Setas in vinegar,Tortilla Espanola, Patatas alioli, Benderillas. In the Tapas menu, the dishes that I really like were Setas in vinegar(Sherry vinegar infused fresh mushroom with herb)and Patatas alioli (New baby potatoes in garlic mayonnaise).I would definitely like to try and cook these yummy patatas alioli, they taste awesome and are healthy. The menu at Lodi – The Garden Restaurant include variety of dishes made from seasonal vegetables that are grown in – house at Sewara farms in Noida.

To satiate the sweet tooth they had the tempting Almond bread pudding with warm toffee and fig ice cream, chocolate mousse, banofee pie, Eggless chocolate truffle. Among the four delicious desserts that two that seduced me the most are Eggless chocolate truffle cake and almond bread pudding with warm toffee and fig ice cream. These two desserts really tastes the best.

So, this festival was a wonderful way to meet and chat with the fellow bloggers and to taste some authentic dishes of the special menu designed by the Excecutive chef Elam Singh Rana in his signature style of innovation.
