Nando’s Introduces New Vegetarian Vengeance
We all know that Nando’s is famous among all Non Vegetarians for their Peri-Peri Chicken but here is a good news for all Vegetarians, Nando’s has recently introduced a elaborated Vegetarian menu.
We were invited for the tasting session by Nando’s here is our verdict:
Nando’s score brownie points because of its special Peri-Peri Sauce (with different level of spice). The Peri-Peri sauces tastes the best and are to the level of perfection. It is the the Peri-Peri sauce that distinguishes Nando’s from the other outlets around.
The ambiance is amazing and so is the decor. The Decor and music are all based on African theme bringing in the exotic delicacies from African countries. The music played in Nando’s is same throught out the world in all the outlets.
The starter I relish the most were Peri-Peri nuts. The nuts were crispy and tastes amazing (cooked with fab spices)
One can actually choose from a variety of Burgers/Wraps and pita bread. I opted for a Veggie Burger. Oops Forgot to mention though I have not tasted they have good salad options also in the menu. The salads were looking yummy( if you look at some healthy options ). They have also recently introduced self service system in their outlet in Punjabi Bagh
Before ending, all their desserts have egg except Ice cream so I opted for that 🙂
Nando’s is a South African global chain of restaurants serving Afro-Portuguese cuisine and is known world over for its flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. Nando’s chicken is marinated for 24 hours in PERi PERi sauce so that the flavor goes right to the bone. The first ever Nando’s restaurant opened in 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa. This was a venture by two friends, Robert Brozin and Fernando Duarte.
