The new season is back with new colours and new trends. With the Fall 2013 collection of Calvin Klein Jeans we see a return to tonal dressing. For fall, a sense of movement and ease is seen throughout the line, conveyed through textural fabrics and elongated silhouettes. Iconic pieces are updated with modern styling. The classic pieces and styles have been recreated for the collection with certain new twists which bring a sense of freshness in them. More known for the comfort that the brand garners, the collection has pieces which are sophisticated and refined, yet effortless.
Calvin Klein Jeans completely defines “Sexy with attitude”.For him and for her, the silhouette undergoes a fundamental shift with the
introduction of the new rocker kick jean – ‘RCKR KICK’ – an elongated style with a cool, kick flared hem (Yeah. they are finally back). For her, the fit is skinny with a higher waist; for him, slim and falling to the floor (Doesn’t it seem like back to the golden era?). Both feature the authentic signature omega stitch on the back pocket – harking back to the brands’ iconic denim legacy. Shades of black and indigo form the base palette for fall with women’s washes in ghost grey and pewter stone, and men’s in black and blue, flint blue and soot. Rich, seasonal hues accent the line, from winter berry and vine to shades of dark blue. Calvin Klein Jeans biker boots for him and low, block heel boots for her complete the season’s edgy, laid back, cool aesthetic. While the colour “Grey” has always been a colour for the Fall, how Calvin Klein Jeans has played with “Ghost Grey” is a must watch. Not that winters are only meant for darker shades but to put it right, it would be Shades that have a touch of royalty in them. We certainly get to witness some rich colours at Calvin Klein Jeans this season.
My Favorite colour for the season has to be teal Blue. What colour are you loving these days?
